The only solution is to take the fuser unit out of the printer, then you may be able to manually rotate the rollers to clear the jam. If there are any marks or scratches on the fuser rollers, you will need to replace the fuser unit, or you will get marks on your prints

You need to replace the drum.

Try cleaning the rollers.  Directions can be found starting on page 83 "Maintaining the printer" here:

Sounds like a sensor got damaged. I'd suggest a quick strip down and clean the whole printer out and giving it a good service.

You need to clear any paper that is jammed inside. Then if you get the message after you clear the paper, check to see if it is a fuser problem.
Fuser problem:

start a print from tray 1/manual feed and just as the trailing edge of paper is entering the machine; quickly open it to stop print and take out the cartridge and look at it's drum and the paper underneath. If the issue is there at that point then it would point to the cartridge. if not then the fuser.

If your not mechanically incline don't bother to replace. To replace the fuser unit remove transfer belt,back cover,left side cover, two fuser connectors(left side) sensor connector on back. Then remove two screws on top which hold the fuser in place. Then remove fuser very carefully.

The drum and the black printer cartridge are two separate items. You will have to purchase a new drum for it. I just had to do the same thing and it ran me $150.00 at Staples.

You may have some dust on the imaging window (printer head). Remove the toner cartridges and clean it with some tissues.

check that the toner is inserted correctly, reboot print.

The part is probably one of the envelope levers. This is part of the Fusing unit which comes as a complete assembly. Individual parts are not normally available separately.

Error 08 relates to the main motor having problems turning. Quite often this is caused by a faulty consumable (opc,toner or transfer belt). Could also be that the lid is not closing properly and stopping the toner carousel turning freely.

it seems you have spilt some color from cartrigde on the top of imaging unit. take the cartriges out and clean it with tissues it will sort the problem
