These are not easy to trouble shoot or repair without the correct equipment. Also there are very dangerous voltages in the large capacitors that could very easily injure, or kill you. I hate to say it but you are probably better off buying a new one.

Hipro power led only blinking
Same as the other question on here...The caps are between the big output transformer and the small smoothing one. I've changed these on multiple PSUs of this type (because they are really expensive) and they work afterwards. You do have to take into account that it is a repaired PSU afterwards so you can't guarantee to your client that it is perfect. The PSU is probably broken. I've had a few of these with the 2 100uF caps failed. I blame it on cap rot. it's too much of a coincidence otherwise. If the the green light goes lower in tone then switches to amber or red it's the PSU failed.I had huge problems with one clients RAID because of one of these PSUs failing, even though there were two installed.

Hi, my Hipro is really,
you could try blowing it clean using a small air blower from a compressor making sure there is absolutely no moisture in the air lines you will need to open up your computer and blow all dust from the inside out of this psu
hope this helps

I push the on button and nothing happens. is it
Hello,
Even though a lot of things might have gone wrong and caused this, especially if where you place the System is not well ventilated, and the CPU becomes very hot, it shuts down automatically...and you will have to wait for a few moments, get a cool environment and power it on. but I will also try and tell you some troubleshooting steps that you can try.
Since you have already checked the power source and all is Ok, then try this out:
Disconnect your PowerPack(Power Supply Unit) from the CPU and try to power your PC with another Power Pack (Power Supply Unit), that you are very sure is working.
If it powers up, then just get a new Power Pack(Power Supply Unit) for system.
If you cant do this yourself, just get a good technician to do it for you.
Try this first and let me know how it goes, so as to know the next step.
Hope this helps.
Goodluck!

Computer will not turn on....how do I check to see
I just went through a heap of troubleshooting with power supply issues before swapping psu's and finding this was the solution to my problem. Had a closer look at my psu that was faulty, the green light was flashing on the psu, unplugged all components and thought that I now had a non-flashing green light on my psu, on closer inspection the light was actually flashing very fast so appeared to be an almost solid light...the psu was stuffed so replaced it and no more issues. If your power supply has a green light check to see if it is flashing when plugged into voltage with nothing connected to it. If it is a solid light then it is probably ok.
