Although the drum life is at 65% it could still have a problem. It could be that the end of the drum is starved of toner or there is lumpy toner in the drum. Take out the black drum and give it a good shake then a gentle one to level the toner out and refit. Had the same with a canon unit 2 weeks ago. If still no good then a new drum is required. I bet you are using recycled drums!!

Wrong size paper or paper setting in the software settings. Or the dreaded plastic gear/roller cam has warn down. You'll notice some parts are plastic designed to ware out.

One or more of the drums may be defective. Swap the black with another color and print a document. If that color printed the charectors ok, then continue the test with the other drums each taking a turn in the Black drum position until you find the bad drum.

You cant. laser printers (or led like oki) or more specifically dry toner electrostatic printers always have a margin to prevent the paper from jamming. the only way to print "full bleed" is to put paper in that is bigger than what you need, print the image, and trim it down.

Usually streaking on that model means it's time to replace one or all of the drum units.

The fountain under the yellow cartridge could be dried and clogged (assuming the cartridge is not dried up from too infrequent use and is not empty. If you stuff all around the fountain with rags and then gently force water into the fountain using a syringe you might be able to clear the ink passageway and restore yellow in the machine. Servicing the other fountains might be in order, too, since one clog is likely to be followed by others. Remember to use the printer more often to prevent such cloggingg. Also, you could try the built-in printer head clean function before trying the manual cleaning; but, generally, when it gets to the point of zero ink delivery, it's already to late to clear the ink clog with fresh ink, which is what the self clean feature does to try to dissolve the clog and restore ink flow to the fountain.

I sounds like a problem with your print head or possibbly a leaking one. Run the head cleaning a time or two to see if it clears up. Sometimes ink will leak into the machine and streak on the following pages until it wears off the internal part.
