If the paper under the crease has print and the fold is "glued down", it is most likely to be a problem with the fuser. Try removing it and look for evidence of warping in the pressure roller. If the fuser looks clean and tidy, go to the other end at check over the paper tray and paper feed mechanisim. It is possible the paper is catching on something at the start of the process. This is most likely if there is print over the crease but not under the fold.

Where your network cable plugs into the printer there should be a green led on and possibly an orange one flashing (Shows data passing thru). If neither are lit then try another network cable (may be stretched). If still nothing then just try another network port. if still nothing then yes the network port which is part of the main board will be U.S. and new main board will be required. maybe expensive.....

What you need to do is power off the machine. Open the top cover and look at the Magenta LED print head. At the right end there is a white flat ribbon cable plugged into it. Pull out the cable and let it dangle BEHIND the print head. Close the cover and power up. You will hear no motors and eventually you will get a fatal error 13x. Power OFF and push the cable back into the head after wiping the back of it with your fingers. Be careful and make sure it goes in straight. If happy and it looks like the other three then power up again. You should hear the motors once again and all should be well. If you still hear nothing then turn off immediately and follow the instructions again. If you get it wrong then you may have shorted out the control board which renders the machine useless. You do this at your own peril. It usually cures all its problems. good luck

That is a fuser erron code. Abnormal temperature. You will need to replace the fuser. Sometimes I have sen a buildup of toner on the thermistor. If you can get to it. This printer is not capable of "Full Bleed" printing. You can change your margins in your software to all zeros or narrow to get the maximum print area.

Either old TV is capable of using an unboosted signal and the new not, or there's further setup of the inputs required.
