Report the fault tto whoever 'repaired' it for you. Evidently it hasn't worked, so you either want it doing properly or your money back.???

If the ink cartridges and printhead are already in the printer, remove them, then reinstall them.

1. Remove the color and black ink cartridges.
2. Remove the existing printhead by lifting the latch in the center of the carriage. ...
3. Close the printer access door. ...
4. Follow Step 2 above to install the printhead and ink cartridges.

I will assume you have this unit tied in to a computer unit. If so try to delete the program on the computer and do a complete reinstall. Follow each guideline on the computer screen and check on your programs on your computer to be sure the printer is listed. If it is listed run a compatibility test on the computer and printer. Your computer may not be recognizing the printer but it should give you an option to choose how to run the printer program. Be sure when you are deleting the program that you completely delete all parts of the printer program. You will most likely have to enter the WIFI pass code to the printer for it to recognize the computer and WIFI number pass code. I hope this helps.

Hello, 1, If there is an issue with one part of the scanner, it won't trouble you with multiple problems. I would suggest you update the firmware for the device from the manufacturer's site with the model number. 2, Even after updating the firmware, if the issues are not resolved, check if the scanner driver's version is obsolete. If so, uninstall the current driver and reinstall the updated one, which should help.
