take it to a professional suspension shop could be from failed/seized shockys, springs too strong, suspension mounts failed At this point I would be looking at one or more shockys as a problem

Have you opened up the door panel to see the wiring connections? Does the mirror appear to have a lighter color ring around the outside? If it does it is probably heated. The best way is to provide the VIN # to the local dealer who can tell you for sure. They should not charge you for this service.

Looking for a replacement bulb? Your local auto parts store can give u the part number of the bulb you need and Walmart should have a book in the aisle for you to look up your vehicle year and model or if they have a tire,lube express they can look up the part number for it.if your looking for the lens then a junkyard, or local auto parts store is the cheapest route.

Is it equipped w/? back up alert( beeper)? If so that's why it makes that noise if not then have it checked.

Spark plug wire? A Haynes manual from your local auto parts store can tell and show about anything u need to know.

Brake fluid moves from the master cylinder through a tube to the slave cylinder mounted on the transmission so if you are unable to locate the slave cylinder on the transmission follow the hydraulic pressure line from the master cylinder and it will lead you there.

That is easy if you have a carbridge to work on, so my question is, do you have a carbridge and tools and offcourse your deliver your startmotor for a revised one and change at the same time the poulies and i'll recommened, since bmw has to reset the x3 , just to let it be done by pro's.......not meant negative, but opening the motorhood and somebody with some knowledge ,sees what has to be done .....
