My vsx-d307 receiver displays powering

There is no reset option/command/button in this receiver - this is done by unplugging it from the mains for at least an hour.
What you have is a hardware fault - the receiver is started, the control processor (or even the protection system inside the power source) detects a short in one of the amplifiers and shuts the receiver down.
The only way to fix that is to open the receiver, test it to identify the failed part and replace it. This is a job for someone with at least basic experience in electronics.
Time to take the receiver to someone like that - if you don't have a friend that will do it for free then a certified repairman.

Pioneer VSX-D307 has no sound from right front speaker.

Did you connect a known good speaker to the amplifier's right front output connections? Make sure you also have known good wires for the front right as well. Make sure balance control is set to the middle and not just to the left.

Please tell me how to hook up my Wii and my cd player and my dvd player to Pioneer VSX-D309 receiver

Greetings and good health to you. Ok, so on the back of the unit there should be labeled connections, AUX, DVD, etc. These will be your inputs. If your Wii has RCA connectors (the plug like ends that are usually Red, White & Yellow) then you would connect the Red plug to the AUX right speaker input. The White plug to the AUX left speaker input. If you want to run the video through the unit to the TV, then you would plug the Yellow plug to the AUX video input. If not, the yellow plug with go straight to the TV. If you are using HDMI from you Wii, then you would plug that into one of your HDMI inputs. You will do the same for CD player but using the inputs labeled CD or whatever you have available. You can use any of these inputs for any of your devices it just helps to know what is connected where. The DVD player may be a different story. Depending on what type of connection you are using from the DVD player will depend on where you plug it in. If they are red, white and yellow...then follow as above. If they are red & white on half the cable and blue, green and red on the other, you will plug the red & white ones that are close together into the red and white audio inputs under the DVD labeled connections. Then the other 3 will go into their matching colored inputs. If the connection from the DVD player is HDMI, that will go into a HDMI slot. Finally, connect the unit to the TV. Keep in mind that if you are using any HDMI inputs, you will need to connect the unit to the TV via a HDMI cable. Hope that helps.

Possible overheat

Check for crushed , damaged and shorted speaker wires at the terminals of both the amp and speakers and over the entire length of the wires. Clear any shorted connections and replace damaged wires. If still persisting, you may need to have it serviced.
