1. While the product is still on, disconnect the power cord from the back of the product.
2. Press in the tab on the left side of the rear door to release the door. Pull the door away from the product to remove it.

Step 4:

1. Gently pull the paper out of the rollers.CAUTION:If the paper tears, check the rollers and wheels for torn pieces of paper that might remain inside the product. Remove all the pieces of paper from the product to prevent more paper jams.
2. Replace the rear door. Gently push the door forward until it snaps into place.
3. Connect the power cord to the back of the product.
4. Press the OK button to continue the current print job.

Hello,Any error message? Have you tried reinstalling your printer's driver? I suggest that you do it. I also suggest that you install RadarSync to your computer so that your computer's internal update mechanism will become automatic. You won't have to do anything at all. I hope this helps!Carlo

You might have solved this issue by now, but same thing happened to me and I simply removed the cartridges and any of the leftover orange debris on each indivdual ink cartridge from those removable tabs might cause your issue. I scraped it off and the first time I reinserted the cartridges the issue was solved
