How to use cross cable and straight cables in network
ok, i think what you mean is this. Crossover cable is for connecting 2 computers together without the need for a router. also called pc-to-pc. Straight cables need the use of a router or hub to connect 2 computers together. Hope this helps, if not let me know more info.

to programme speed dial just go to contact on your phone menu and select the conatct you want to speed dial and assign speed dialing number for the person or you type any number on your phone and press the harsh key like this (10#) and it will bring out the number assign to that spedd dial

Setting Up Your Voicemail:
- Press and hold the 1 key.
- Follow the voice prompts.
Checking Your Voicemail Messages from Your Wireless Phone:
- Press and hold the 1 key.
- Follow the voice prompts.
Checking Your Voicemail Messages from Other Phones:
- Dial your 10-digit wireless number.
- Press the * key when you hear your personal greeting.
- Enter your personal passcode.
- Follow the voice prompts.
If you would like to have a Security Password for all Voicemail calls, from the Main Menu:
- Press and hold the 1 key.
- Press 4 for Personal Options.
- Press 2 for Administrative Options.
- Press 1 for Password and follow instructions to turn on your password

Checking voice mail remotely
for this model of phone, you perform the following:
1- Call the phone, wait for the machine to answer
----if the machine is on, it should answer within about 4 rings and begin playing your answering machine message
----if the machine is off, it will still answer after about 10 rings with a series of beeps
2- During the message (or beeps if it is off) press 0 and then enter your 2 digit PIN code. This should get you remote access to the phone. from there you can follow the menu structure that the phone tells you. If you never entered a PIN code, that's not a problem. the default code for this model of phone is 80.
you have about 15 seconds to enter a command, all commnds are two digit (01 through 10) and the digits must be entered within 2 seconds of eachother for the command to hold.
follow those directions and you'll be checking your messages in no time flat.

How to resolve your meter when it's on temper mode
Tamper mode means the prepaid meter is in a mode where it does not supply power. Check your meter remote controller (used for recharging units). If it displays a Relay Open symbol, the meter is in tamper mode.
To remove tamper mode requires you contact the distributing company and request a tamper reset token. The tamper reset token is a 20-digit code that clears the meter from tamper mode and restores it to its default state.
