PRESS AND HOLD POWER UNTIL THE DEVICE POWERS ON, THEN IMMEDIATELY PRESS AND HOLD VOLUME DOWN (WHILE STILL PRESSING POWER). YOU WILL SEE THE WORD START WITH AN ARROW DRAWN AROUND IT. 3. PRESS VOLUME DOWN TWICE TO DESIGNATE RECOVERY MODE. 4. PRESS POWER TO RESTART INTO RECOVERY MODE. YOU WILL SEE AN IMAGE OF AN ANDROID ROBOT WITH A RED EXCLAMATION MARK. 5. WHILE HOLDING DOWN POWER, PRESS VOLUME UP. 6. USE THE VOLUME KEYS TO SCROLL TO "WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET" AND PRESS POWER TO SELECT IT. 7. SCROLL DOWN TO "YES - ERASE ALL USER DATA" AND PRESS POWER TO SELECT IT.Regards.

Your problem doesn't make sense. You cannot try the password too often. Try a factory/hard reset. Google search "reset android tablet"

Go into settings. Apps. Select Google. Clear cache. If that doesn't work select uninstall updates. You will be questioned if you want to reinstall factory version. Select yes. If that doesn't work back up and reset tablet.

Memory or space? The pics only take up space not memory. To gain memory you have to move or delete apps that run at startup. That's what takes up memory. You have a cord that can hook up to your laptop or desktop. You can move pics that way.

return it to the place you bought it from and ask them to replace it because it could be a factory fault and it passed them by without noticeing it had a problem

One sure way is to leave it running doing something like youtube, until the battery runs completely out of juicy. Then plug it in and let it charge all the way up, and see if that fixed the issue.Good luck!

You will need to do a factory reset:1) Make sure the tablet is powered down. 2) Press and hold VOLUME UP(+) and DOWN(-) buttons, plus POWER button all at the same time. 3) Insert a metal pin in the RESET hole at the back of the tablet, then push and hold it for 2 seconds, while still holding the VOLUME and POWER buttons. Make sure the pin is pushed. It seems like nothing happened, but just keep on going to the next step. 4) Power ON the tablet and immediately, PRESS and RELEASE continuously the VOLUME UP(+) button in order to get the display as showing dead tablet (dead robot). 5) This is the critical part. Make sure you do the right sequence or you will start again from the beginning. Press and hold the POWER button, then press and release VOLUME UP(+), and the display will give you a screen showing different options. 6) Choose the option wipe data/factory reset, by clicking POWER button to scroll down. To execute the selected option, press VOLUME UP(+) button. The tablet will reboot back to its factory setting.

hi, models such this one are hard to reset : they do have a reset button - try that if not, then try to download the software for your computer and reset it that way hope this helps thanks
