If none of those suggestions are working, then you MAY need a new hard drive, since yours is GONE. You will need to do a frest installation of windows. I hope the Windows Key is on the computer somewhere.

Thanks for posting your question with us at fixya! 1. When you FIRST turn on your PC, start pressing the 'F8' key on your keyboard, until you get a menu. When you see this menu, STOP. 2. Using arrow keys, move up to either "Safe mode with Networking" or Safe Mode". 3. Hit the "Enter" key. 4. The "Administrator" account button will show up on the login screen. 5.
