Blurred LCD screen = Blurred taken picture

Still I think your CCD or CMOS sensor is damaged. The viewfinder, is just a set of lenses, where you can see through. It has no connection with the sensor. These type of camera's also use the sensor to focus. The sensor needs things with some contrast, where it should focus. But when the sensor is not working correct, the camera can't focus, or take a sharp picture. On your screen you just see what the sensor can record. Nothing more, nothing less. I don't think it is worth repairing the camera, because this will cost more than you pay for a new camera, with better specs. Sorry I can't help you with this.

Card locked, how to unlock

SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.

Cannot import pictures to my computer via the camera wizard

ALTERNATE WAY TO TRANSFER PHOTOS TO COMPUTERIf your photos are stored on the memory card, then removethe memory card from the camera and insert it into an USB memory card reader.Connect this USB memory card reader and memory card into the USB port of yourworking computer. Your computer will see this as an USB Mass Storage Device oran external storage device; you can then open the folder on the memory card andcopy the photos to your computer.Memory card reader is a handy device and is inexpensive. Youcan copy photos from other cameras and you can also download photos off yourmemory card to someone else's computer without the need of installing anyprograms.

The viewer is so faint you cannot see it. Is it

Two things there, first... could be a problem with the viewer screen, or, second choice coudl a problem CCD sensor go to bad; in both cases this isn't a job that you could solve yourself; this wrong include distorted images or abnormal colors, scratchy purple lines, blank or black pictures, and/or black videos with good sound being recorded on the camera's flash card.

I suggest check THIS LINK for additional details in this previous solutions for an Defective CCD (Charge Coupled Device) and next contact your Konica service.
I strongly suggest (taking into consideration the age of your camera) to evaluate the cost of repair versus the cost of a new camera with similar features, before making a final desicion.

Hope this helps.

I purchased a new memory

The problem is that your camera is only compatible with SD cards, not SDHC cards. You bought a larger card for your older camera, not noticing that it was SDHC (or not knowing that it mattered). The new card doesn't work, not because it or the camera is broken, but because it's not compatible.

Cards up to 2Gb are generally SD.
Cards of 4Gb are generally SDHC.
Cards over 8Gb have to be SDHC.

(There are exceptions. Sometimes, manufacturers make 4Gb SDHC cards but some have errors; they disable half of the chip and sell it as 2Gb, but it's still SDHC. 4Gb cards are almost always SDHC because they're cheaper, but 4Gb SD cards do exist. They are so rare that I've even seen a guru on this site claim they don't. I did own one once, but it was very expensive and turned out to be so unreliable that I had to return it. I don't recommend looking for one, because of the problems.)

Your solution is to go find a 2Gb card, and be extra sure that it doesn't say "SDHC" on it.

I have inserted a new sdhc 4gb card in my Dimage

The X50 works with MMC and SD cards. While SDHC cards will fit into the slot, they are electronically incompatible and will not work. You will need to use cards 2GB and smaller.

Minolta x50 has whiye screen

Remove any power and batteries and leave it like that for a while and insert them back and power it on ...If it makes the same ..look on the menu ..and engage the reset to factory settings ..(it may not be named that way ..but is the one that reset all settings to original ) ..
If it has manual changer for modes..change it to normal mode..
If the display is only shows this ..on the shooting mode...and in the view picture mode works normal it means it is a setting issue and can be solved by defaulting to factory settings ..i fit is behaving the same in view picture mode..it means this is a lcd screen fault and needs to be replaced..

Minolta Dimage X50 when I

You could be having a battery problem, and the following web blog describes things you can try to get it working, or figure it out:
http://camerarepair.blogspot.com/2007/11/simple-fix-for-dead-cameras-that-wont.html
If everthing's fine with the battery and power, a lens issue could be occurring, and this web blog details things you can try to free it up:
http://camerarepair.blogspot.com/2007/12/fixing-lens-error-on-digital-camera.html
Even though the blogs are entitled "dead cameras" and "lens error", they can still apply to your situation.
Good luck, and hope this helps.

LCD monitor cracked and no picture shows.

This is a very common problem. The LCD is broken, and will need replacement. Sometimes you can find them on ebay for $25 up, and replace it yourself, if you're mechanically skilled. I had one like that, and a local camera shop wanted $125 to fix it, so I got a new one and replaced it myself, after reading how on the net. If you google the problem, with your camera make and model number, you will come up with a lot of sites that tell you how to replace one. If you don't choose to try to replace it yourself, I would say you're better off buying a new camera. They're getting cheaper by the day, and are, basically, throwaways since it costs so much to repair them. Good luck, hope this helps!

Memory card with pic is in my camera but I can't

Open them up on your computer.
If the files names have been altered they are no longer readable by the camera.
You can either down load them or pick up a flash reader to to see them.
