I think the best guys to contact wether to get that rope or to ask help for pulling the motor out would be the service center guys of motor guide.

and it will ask for your zip code and address and you can request a technician to be sent to your home to help you pull the motor out.
This way if anything happens they will be responsible for the actions that will be done on the motor.

tr 109 with 60 inch shaft uses the #24 gator mount, 50 inch and 45 inch use the #21 gator mount. Both have the springs
