Consider as last resort uninstalling the Yahoo in the computer and then reinstalling it fresh again.

did you try to reinstall it again.. ym always has a problem.

you might need to uninstall the program, and reinstall it one more time , pls go to yahoo's website and install the latest version.

Good morning Have you checked the E-mail settings? In the tools curtain open and you will see a flip check accounts and then in the same place options. The curtains tell you what to do. Then there is always the manual.This prosydure has worked well for me.good luck kolbrun

You can use the ISO to burn a boot CD. Follow these instructions:

3. Insert CD into drive and reboot.
4. You may have to select an option in the BIOS to get the computer to boot from the CD.

Make sure that your using a "Shift" key/selection before capital letters in your login name or password; if there are any capital letters.
If both login name, and password only contain lower case text, make sure "Shift" isn't being used and that their isn't a "CAPS LOCK" engaged.
