Click OK and login again using the new settings. Secondly; if you are using IM9 there are sign in problems. This is what yahoo has to say. Try an updated version of Yahoo! Messenger 9.0(9.0.0.2128). This latest build includes a fix for the sign-in issues that have been affecting some users. If you were seeing an error code?81003005? when trying to sign in, this latest version may fix that problem. delete them from your address book on yahoo mail. it will remove them from messenger.

try deleting the cookies and temprery files

probably you are typing wrong password. check caps lock and also num lock if your password contains numerals

The problem diappeared by itself. Thank you.

I am not able to see my yahoo mail every time, I get logged in, account gets open, but unable to check my mail. Please help me or do something.

some one might be deleting your cookies (little bits of information that websites store on your computer) make sure your browser is set to accept cookies from yahoo.com. the website might also be having some technical difficulties...

Try deleting the contact in your YahooMail contact list and not your YahooMessenger list. Both YMessenger and YMail use the same addressbook. So whatever you do in one is reflected in the other.

yahoo messenger cannot connect internet to login to yahoo mail

Firstly make sure your modem is switched on and ideally connect using a cable as we have to determine if your internet is working, if there is a problem somewhere in the internet as the connection travels from your computer's internet access. Here is how to Ping

1. From the desktop, click start
2. Select Run
3. In the Run box, type command
4. Click OK
5. The DOS window will pop up. At the C:\WINDOWS> prompt type ping www.microrepair.eu and press enter.
6. You will see some results pass through the screen.
7. It will tell you if there were any packets lost in the transfer (0% loss is what you want to see).
8. It will also tell you the average speed, in milliseconds.
9. To close the DOS window, type exit at the C:\WINDOWS> prompt and press enter.

If you have a connection then your browser has been compromised my advice is to download Firefox and run with that

Double check that your caps lock button is not on when siging in. This usually happens after hitting the @ symbol with the shift key. If this does not help try contactind the administrator and answering the secret questions.

I would try uninstalling messenger and downloading the new version and try logging in again.
