Husqvarna 235r brush cutter intermittent

Did you have the problem before replacing the filter and lines? You may have a fuel blockage inside the tank. Make sure you have a good gas flow to the carb. Dirt or other material may be in the causing the carb float to let too much fuel in. A bad air filter will cause the carb to run rich. Possible a bad spark plug or the spark is weak to the plug.

Husqvarna YT46LS will not attempt to crank when turning the key

Wiring diagram is in the parts list, a no fee download from the Husqvarna web site. See following URL

https://www.husqvarna.com/us/search-results/?groups=DOCUMENTS&q=Yt46ls

The start solenoid control side winding has two conductors, WHT and BLK. BLK is the return to battery negative. WHT is fed fused battery positive from the ignition switch through the PTO switch thru Brake switch.

Suggest you use the volt meter referenced directly to the battery negative post or clamp. Probe the ignition switch "S" contact WHT wire. With switch in START position the S contact must be battery positive which in turn means the WHT wire must be batt pos. Then follow the WHT wires to/thru the PTO switch, to/thru Brake switch, to solenoid.

I have a husqvarna 130 BT that will not start. It doesn't have any spark.

The ignition module air gap to flywheel magnet is 0.010 inches (0,3mm). If you dont have a brass feeler gauge use a single layer of electrical tape (0.007 in.) over flywheel magnet.

Sparkplug gap is 0.020 inches (0,5mm).

To test spark remove sparkplug for easier pull. Hold metal threads of plug against engine metal. Give a sharp pull on the starter rope.

If no spark, disconnect kill wire at the ignition module and make another pull.

If still no spark move plug to mounting screw of ignition module.

If still no spark, measure resistance of ignition module secondary winding (sparkplug wire to ignition module metal armature).Typical 5k to 8k ohms or more.

I have a Husqvarna Z254 zero turn. After one use, the blades won't disengage.

The clutch has a two wire flying lead. For the clutch to remain powered after disconnecting the cable at the clutch (blue/black) implies someone has modified the original factory wiring. See attachment.

I have a husqvarna 129L .I have no spark checked power switch its good so I replaced coil still no spark. Any suggestions?

Disconnect the kill wire at the ignition module (coil). If you then have spark, then likely the kill wire is shorted to metal somewhere along its length.

Husqvarna 61 highs and lows issue or could the fuel pressure relief valve cause no start?

Initial settings for high and low air fuel mixture screws are 1 turn out. The initial settings should allow the saw to run.

You may need to adjust the idle speed screw to increase idle speed just enough to keep it running to make the low a/f mixture adjustment. Then lower idle speed and readjust low a/f.

Once you have the low a/f set, adjust the high a/f. I usually remove the chain and clamp the saw bar into a vice. That makes it easier and safe. The low adjustment affects the high so anytime you change low you need to follow with another high adjust.

The folliwing is from the manual.

!!!
• Before any adjustments are made the air filter should be clean and the cylinder cowling fitted. Adjusting the carburettor while a dirty air filter is in use will result in a leaner mixture when the filter is finally cleaned. This can give rise to serious engine damage.
• Carefully turn the L and H-jets clockwise to the bottom. Now turn the jets one turn anti-clockwise.
!!!

You want to error on the rich side. If you run it excessive lean, the piston temperature may rise high enough to burn a hole in the piston and/or score the cylinder wall. Always use fresh fuel/mix. If you can't get non ethanol fuel, be sure to use containers that 100% seal to prevent the ethanol from absorbing water directly from the air.

Kawasaki engine on Husqvarna p-zt 54 loses power when blades engage

There are a few potential reasons why your Kawasaki engine on your Husqvarna P-ZT 54 may be losing power when the blades engage. Here are a few possible causes and solutions:

Low engine speed: If the engine speed is too low, it may not be able to power the blades effectively. Try increasing the engine speed by adjusting the throttle.

Dull blades: Dull blades can put extra strain on the engine, causing it to lose power when the blades engage. Sharpen or replace the blades as necessary.

Belt tension: If the belt that drives the blades is loose or worn, it may slip when the blades engage, causing the engine to lose power. Check the belt tension and replace the belt if necessary.

Dirty air filter: A dirty air filter can restrict the airflow to the engine, causing it to lose power. Check and clean or replace the air filter as necessary.

Fuel issues: If the engine is not getting enough fuel, it may lose power when the blades engage. Check the fuel filter and make sure the fuel tank is clean and free of debris.

If none of these solutions work, it may be best to have a professional mechanic take a look at your mower to diagnose and fix the problem.

My Husqvarna rz46i zero turn acted like transmission was slipping . now wont move at all

If your Husqvarna rz46i zero turn mower was acting like the transmission was slipping and now it won't move at all, there may be an issue with the transmission or drive belt. Here are a few things you can check:
  1. Check the drive belt: Make sure the drive belt is properly attached and tensioned. If it's loose or damaged, it can cause slipping or failure to move. Replace the belt if necessary.
  2. Check the transmission oil level: Low oil level in the transmission can cause slipping or failure to move. Check the oil level and add oil if necessary.
  3. Check the transmission filter: A clogged transmission filter can cause the transmission to slip or fail to move. Replace the filter if it's dirty or clogged.
  4. Check the transmission itself: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, there may be a problem with the transmission itself. It may be necessary to have a professional technician inspect and repair the transmission.
It's also possible that there could be an issue with the mower's hydrostatic transmission or drive system. If you're unsure of how to diagnose or repair the issue, it's best to contact a professional technician for assistance.

Husqvarna YTA18542 is running well, but only in reverse. I have checked all the fixes I could find, but was wondering about the release switch that

It's possible that the loose release switch could be causing the issue with the mower only running in reverse. When the release switch is not properly engaged or disengaged, it can cause the mower to think it is in neutral, which may prevent it from moving forward. You may want to try tightening or adjusting the switch to see if it helps. However, there could also be other issues with the transmission or drive system that are causing the problem, so it's important to thoroughly check all components and consult the manual or a professional if necessary.

Husqvarna weed eater engine mount set screw does not hold engine in place. Bought new screw and it pushed it out through the threads. What's fix for this?

If the engine mount set screw is not holding the engine in place and a new screw pushed out through the threads, it's possible that the threads on the engine or the screw are damaged. One solution could be to try tapping the mounting hole with a larger size tap to create new, tighter threads. Another option could be to use a thread repair kit, such as a helicoil, to create new threads in the mounting hole. It's also important to ensure that the screw being used is the correct size and type for the engine mount. Using the wrong size or type of screw can cause it to strip or push out through the threads. If the problem persists, it may be necessary to consult with a professional or the manufacturer for further assistance.

Husqvarna K970 shuts down at full throttle

There could be several reasons why a Husqvarna K970 shuts down at full throttle after it warms up. Here are some possible causes:
  1. Fuel system problems: The carburetor may be clogged or dirty, causing a fuel delivery problem. This can cause the engine to stall when it is running at full throttle.
  2. Air filter problems: A dirty air filter can restrict the flow of air into the engine, causing it to run too rich and stall at full throttle.
  3. Ignition system problems: A faulty ignition system can cause the engine to stall under load. This could be due to a failing spark plug or a bad ignition coil.
  4. Overheating: The engine may be overheating, causing it to shut down when it reaches full throttle. This could be due to a cooling system problem or an issue with the engine itself.
  5. Mechanical problems: There could be a problem with the engine or other mechanical components, such as the piston or crankshaft.
If you are not comfortable troubleshooting the problem yourself, it is best to take your K970 to a qualified service technician for diagnosis and repair.

My Husqvarna backpack blower starts good but when I put it at 3/4 speed it starts acting like it's not getting any GAS. HELP

If your Husqvarna backpack blower starts well but starts to act like it's not getting enough gas when you put it at 3/4 speed, there could be a few potential issues causing this problem. Some possible causes include:
  1. A clogged fuel filter: The fuel filter is responsible for removing dirt and debris from the fuel before it reaches the carburetor. If the filter is clogged, it can restrict fuel flow and cause the engine to run poorly.
  2. A clogged carburetor: The carburetor is responsible for mixing fuel and air to create the combustion that powers the engine. If the carburetor is clogged, it can restrict fuel flow and cause the engine to run poorly.
  3. A dirty air filter: The air filter is responsible for removing dirt and debris from the air before it reaches the carburetor. If the filter is dirty, it can restrict airflow and cause the engine to run poorly.
  4. A problem with the fuel line: If the fuel line is kinked, pinched, or has a leak, it can restrict fuel flow and cause the engine to run poorly.
  5. A problem with the spark plug: A faulty spark plug can prevent the engine from running properly, it can cause misfire and the engine to run poorly.
It's recommended to check the fuel filter, carburetor, air filter, fuel line, and spark plug. Clean or replace them as necessary. It's important to consult the operator's manual for specific troubleshooting instructions and diagrams for your blower model, as the location and procedure may vary depending on the make and model. It's also important to consult the operator's manual for safety instructions, and to make sure you have the correct parts for your blower. It's recommended to seek the help of a qualified technician if you are not familiar with this process.
