if it comes from the speakers,then it may use class D amplifier and the ground somehow is there through a switch( class D is balanced GND is NOT negative to speaker).Check the grounding of the TV itself,the middle(yellow) cable.

All LCD screens have up-down, left-right control lines. Could be loose/unseated flat cable problem between the tv system board and the row/colum driver board.

If you just bought it you should return it.

If the problem is same with different input devices and you have ensured the are no loose contacts in power outlet, RC jack, cable and sockets, the TV needs servicing.
