Reason you can't find it is there isn't one, on some low end TV's like this one they build it into the panel board to save a buck or 2 so if the tcon has issues the set will need to be recycled
1) New batteries are the wrong type.
2) Reset the TV unplug it from the power socket for 5 or 10 minutes and plug it back on,
3) Now try the remotes again.
