Yes, the air fuel mix screws have adjustment limiter caps to prevent the typical end consumer from maladjusting the carburetor and ruining the engine.

Press the primer bulb several times. If no fuel in bulb, identify the fuel line that connects to fuel filter inside of the tank. Verify filter is connected and no cracks in line.

Then disconnect the other fuel line (fuel return) at the carb. Pump the primer several times. If still no fuel move the fuel line at the carb to the other port. Leave other line off (for now). Pump primer several times. If fuel pumps, fuel lines were connected wrong. Connect return line... start.

Secondary winding (spark plug wire) to fame 2k to 8k ohms. If infinity (open), then look for break in wire or boot, else internal secondary winding has failed.

This an ignition module so primary winding is not accessible. Check ignition kill wire. Disconnect kill wire at module and measure continuity of kill wire to engine frame. With Run/Stop switch in STOP position it should read zero ohms (a short). In RUN position it should read infinite ohms (open).

Possibly a split in carburetor diaphram.

Clean the spark plug

You need three things for the engine to run, a good clean fuel supply to the piston, a good spark at the right point, and a cylinder and piston in good condition with adequate compression. So start with the easy inexpressive, things first, drain the fuel tank and pull the hose and filter out through the filler hole in the tank, replace filter if dirty, re fill with fresh fuel mix. Remove the spark plug, earth it against the cylinder, crank the engine to check for a spark. Remove the muffler and check the condition of the piston face through the open port, any sign of scuffing and further investigation will be required. After cranking the engine, does the spark plug look wet, if not we have a fuel supply issue, so there maybe a blockage in the carb, so remove the carb and service. these are the basics before getting into more diagnostics.

turn both screws in not tight dut to where they bottom out then turn them out 1 turn each,
when you start it it may not turn up and mabey even blubber a little you will want to turn
the one that says L out about 1/4 of a turn more.

Start by replacing the spark plug, fuel filter and air cleaner (believe they make a kit containing these parts for this purpose.)

Also you need to pull the muffler and clean the spark arrester. My suspicion is its partically clogged. Just pull it and either replace with new (if bad) or hit it with a small propane torch (or hold it over a gas burner on your kitchen stove using needle nose pliers) to burn off the gunk.

Check cable connections are the attached?

You most likely lost one of the two long bolts that hold the muffler tight to the engine or you could of lost one of them.

On all 2-cycle motors there is a screen on the exhaust muffler. These motors need 3 things to run and they are fuel, spark, and air. Now to get air flow it has to come in one side via the air filter then out the otherside throw the exhaust. These screen are put there for admission i just remove them. To locate this screen look at the muffler do you see a smaller metal peace attached to the muffler it is attached with 3 #2 phillips head screws. I you make sure the motor hasn't been running first the remove these 3 screws and remove the small metal peace you will see the screen just remove screen then reach the small peace of metal with 3 screws and it should run fine.

Probable crankcase leak (shaft seals). Not a novice test nor repair.
