Hi, if you can't push the mower there is a short lever on the right hand side of the diff that the brake pedal is attached to, make sure it is not seized forward. If you can push the mower, start the mower and with it in neutral, select top speed, fully release the clutch/brake pedal, push the pedal hard forward again then select any gear and release the pedal again. This resetsthe vari-speed pulley. If none of this works check that the rear drive belt idler pulley arm is free. Hope this helps, regards Phil.

first, there is a solenoid under the carburetor, that may not be working, the wire may be off or not getting power. second, the needle in the fuel bowl may be stuck open, it's not shutting off the fuel. the carburetor may need to be taken apart and cleaned.

You have a short somewhere . A cut or stripped wire that , at the time of lowering your deck, touches the body. It's like turning off your key. Look around under your deck and you will find what I'm talking about. Fix wire and tie up to prevent future problems. GOOD LUCK.

I use a piece of 2x4 . Tip mower onto it's left side, stand 2x4 between deck and blade and remove bolt. You will need to use your leg to keep mower from rolling back. This is just a simple and inexpensive way. You may also buy a special tool to hold the blade while you remove the bolt.

It will show how to remove and re-fit a new belt. Take the old belt with you when purchasing the new one. Hope this helps

Hi, the hydrostatic drive if it runs one is non serviceable, basically its sealed for life. If it runs a transaxle its filled with semi fluid grease that can be changed but only by taking apart the transaxle. Hope this helps, regards Phil.

need to replace clutch pulley this is easy if you are strong enough put it up on safe blocks rear in the air take a proper wrench put it on the nut take a 1-1/4 pvc pipe slide it over the wrench for leverage this triples leverage put a long screw driver in so the pully wont turn and turn the nut replace with new clutch pulley and belt and watch youre mower pull like new.

I would try bypassing the safety switch on the mower at the bottom of the blade control stick. It's meant to prevent starting the motor with the blades engaged but it or another safety switch can be bad. You may have one for reverse, the seat and brake.
