I have a Mitsubishi WS-65413 65 in. Rear

WS-65413 is a Mitsubishi set first made in 2003. It uses three picture tubes and no lamp or bulb.

About the only problem these sets ever have in them is failure in the convergence circuit--it happens with age.

If the picture looks good about the only service they ever need is to have the lens on the three tubes cleaned about once a year--if the lens are dusty the picture will be somewhat darker and dull---gradual change--It also has a large mirror that depending on if you are in a dusty environment can be cleaned as well.

Usually the mirror because of the way it is mounted does not need cleaning. Two ways to do this:
If you just want to clean the lens turn the set off--UNPLUG IT and remove the back cover--you will see the three large black lens units---clean them with a lens cloth or a paper towel with glass cleaner sprayed on it.

The other way is tricky as you have to remove the entire front screen assembly--most of the time you have to remove the speaker grills, and inspection plate and unplug the front keyboard---four or five screws along the bottom of the screen unit secure it and with them out you lift the entire unit up(good idea to have 2 people do this and not flex it--you can dislodge the screens from the frame if you are not careful) and out.

What I usually do is remove the back cover and stick my head in and look at the mirror from the inside of the set--if it looks clean without grime or dust--let it be and just clean the lens.

If you want to improve the sets picture after you put everything back--go into the customer menu and select convergence--there will be instructions on screen telling you what to do--select advanced convergence and with the device or input button go to a unused video input----look at the grid of lines--if red or blue are off a little you can adjust with the Mitsubishi remote--the better the convergence is adjusted the better the set will look.

Usually if not any circuit problem---cleaning the lens, mirror, and adjusting the convergence is all that needs to be done.

If this information has helped you rate this solution as I do this here for free.

Green light bulb that projects light to my screen I believe is leaking and shuts down the tv after 20 minutes

That is not a light bulb. That is a Cathode Ray tube. You are leaking tube coolant and that means the seals on all 3 cathode ray tubes are going bad. This is something that can be repaired but you need a qualified tech to do so or the TV can be easily ruined.

I TOOK APART THE TV TO MOVE IT DOWNSTAIRS AND it worked great for 10 minutes and then shut down. I have the code and it is green and 2 and 2

That is called the "Parpadeo luz verde de la muerte" or Blinking green light of death. You may want to make sure all the wires are tight first and that when you moved it a cable wasn't seated. Instead of replacing the capacitors, your situation sounds more like bad solder connections on the DM module. Here is a link to a web forum where they talk about this exact problem.http://www.highdefforum.com/rear-projection-tvs/58189-blinking-green-light-death-frequent-prob-w-mitsubishi-rear-proj-widescreens.html Blinking Green Light of ***** frequent prob Mitsubishi rear proj...

Why won't TV won't stay powered on?

probably not worth it. How many times does the LED flash? That will indicate your failure cause. Problem is this is an old tv and parts are not available or cost effective. Unless its bad capacitors or bad solder you could be looking at rediculous amounts to fix it. Mitsubishi WS 65413 Manuals Support and Troubleshooting TVs here is a link to the manual. please provide the amount of LED blinks. itll blink a few times and pause.

My hd1080 color is multi and my picture is blurred

Unless the unit was moved and RGB section misaligned, the other condition could be a defective controller circuit board. If it is old, heat builds up over time and the components start to breakdown. Remove the back of the TV and see if there is a collection of dust and debris that could effect the operation of the TV.

Ws61753 reset light continues to flash no reset

only 2 possible reasons----reset micro switch on front of set is bad or the receiver(large metal box is bad) if the micro-switch---remove front grills and inspection plate behind them---locate the one or 2 plugs that come from the front keyboard and unplug them----wait a full 2 minutes and turn set on with remote control---if it comes on you have bad switch on the front keyboard(seen this before) if it does not come one the receiver box is bad(usually bad caps and one or 2 other parts) it can now only be sent out to be rebuilt----Mitsubishi no longer sells this part and when they did it was very expensive.

if this was helpful please indicate by a vote for my help.

How do I take the ws-65413 cabinet apart

IF it can you will see on each side of the cabinet two plastic caps (fairly flat) If they are there they pop out and under each of the four caps a L bolt, rotate it to left and top half of set can be removed from bottom, IF NO CAPS ON BOTH SIDES, IT DOES NOT HAVE THAT FEATURE.

Mitsubishi WS-65413 'Page Load Error' is displayed

This is an message generated by the processor of the tv - it states that the boot process has failed because something in the firmware is corrupted.
The only way to fix that is to replace the mainboard on which the processor and the firmware memory chip are soldered. Unfortunately this is an old tv for which new board are no longer available - you will need to find one at sites that deal in second hand parts, like Ebay and Craigslist. A replacement board will cost you about $100 and , since the replacement is very complicated, a repair guy will ask you about $250 for the refit and the necessary adjustments.
So you must decide if the tv is worth all that money or you'll cut your loses and get a new one.

Older medallion 55" 1080...switched itself

MOST OF THESE SETS HAVE A SELF DIAGNOSTIC:

UNPLUG TV AND THEN PLUG BACK IN---TURN ON---GREEN POWER LIGHT COMES ONFOR A MOMENT AND GOES OFF.

PRESS AND HOLD "input" and "menu"buttons on front of tv for at least 5 seconds and then release both together.

Watch for power light to blink in a sequence:

1 blink-then 2 blinks-------no error

2 blink-then 1 blink-------X-ray protection

2 blink-then 2 blink-------SHORT PROTECTION*******

2 blink-then 3 blink---------deflection circuit problem

2 blink-then 4 blink---------vertical circuit problem

******2, then 2 is most common---usually means one of the fuses that protectthe Convergence IC or IC's is blown---set will detect no voltage to convergenceIC and shut down.

SET WILL REPEAT BLINK ERROR CODE UP TO 5 TIMES ANDTHEN TO GET IT TO REPEAT MORE YOUHAVE TO UNPLUG SET AND TRY TO TURN ON AGAIN.

IF IT IS 2 AND THEN 2---USUALLY
CONVERGENCE CIRCUIT PROBLEM

let me know what you find--hope that you find 2 blinks, a pause and twoblinks--this is the most common and easiest to fix.
