I dont have the original remote to hold down 9&QV button what now?

You should have its original remote to get these buttons to hold on. Only original remote will have these buttons. No universal one have. If you wish to buy its original remote control, contact the authorized service centre, or authorized dealer to your device brand. To select a proper universal remote control, you should know about the number of digits to its set-up codes. There are 3 digit, 4 digit, 5 digit, 2 digit and even single digit codes, to some brand devices. After confirming this, check the sites linked here. Both the sites have set-up code list and set-up procedure to many popular brand remote controls. Check which brand remote control has set-up code/s to your device brand, and buy that one according to availability? Brand name of the remote control isn't a matter, but it should have set-up codes in its code list, to the device you have. Please note: Every new universal remote control will have set-up code list, and set-up procedure along with its user manual. Never accept a remote control, that hasn't both of this. If you see the site by "MOSAIC" or "Magazine" view, will make surf easier. http://electrohelponline.blogspot.com/ Universal remote controls are available at most of the electronic spare part selling shops. Check this link too. http://remotesearch.blogspot.com/

Pic is fine but no volume!

the televisions seakers could have overheated and shorted, your best bet would be to call your local television repair and have them come take a look, from what ive seen in the past the older style projection tv's like your own arevery hard to find parts for and in most cases it's cheaper or smarter to just replace the telelvision with something new.

How to replace cicuit breaker mitsubishi ws 48511

It does not have a circuit breaker but if green light comes on for a few seconds and goes off: Mitsubishi self check: MOST OF THESE SETS HAVE A SELF DIAGNOSTIC: UNPLUG TV AND THEN PLUG BACK IN---TURN ON---GREEN POWER LIGHT COMES ON FOR A MOMENT AND GOES OFF. PRESS AND HOLD "device"(input) and "menu" buttons on front of tv for at least 5 seconds and then release both together. Watch for power light to blink in a sequence: 1 blink-then 2 blinks-------no error 2 blink-then 1 blink-------X-ray protection 2 blink-then 2 blink-------SHORT PROTECTION******* 2 blink-then 3 blink---------deflection circuit problem 2 blink-then 4 blink---------vertical circuit problem ******2, then 2 is most common---usually means one of the fuses that protect the Convergence IC or IC's is blown---set will detect no voltage to convergence IC and shut down. SET WILL REPEAT BLINK ERROR CODE UP TO 5 TIMES AND THEN TO GET IT TO REPEAT MORE YOU HAVE TO UNPLUG SET AND TRY TO TURN ON AGAIN. IF IT IS 2 AND THEN 2---USUALLY CONVERGENCE CIRCUIT PROBLEM let me know what you find--hope that you find 2 blinks, a pause and two blinks--this is the most common and easiest to fix.

Colors do not line up to each other

I would replace your convergence chips and see if it fixes the problems. I know some tv's also have a menu for fixing the convergence. Try that first.

I can turn my tv on and the green light comes on i can hear the set turning on.. but after 10 seconds the whole tv shuts off without anythig showing up on screen.. is this worth fixing?

the tv is getting turn on but detect an error that is why go to safety mode.if you know how to check component parts tried to disconnect first the ballast board which may have shorted component. then turn on the tv set if the tv doesn't shut off that was mean the ballast board is the cause of shut down.if you think you can not do the repair just send it to the service shop to do the job.
