You can try pressing menu 2470 on the remote this will bring up a menu that says intialize. High light intialize and press enter. your tv will cut off, reboot and work as it did from the factory. the tv is getting turn on but detect an error that is why go to safety mode.if you know how to check component parts tried to disconnect first the ballast board which may have shorted component. then turn on the tv set if the tv doesn't shut off that was mean the ballast board is the cause of shut down.if you think you can not do the repair just send it to the service shop to do the job.
