Check the manufacture's website, or maybe use a driver finder program. That will identify the webcam hardware id and look for the right driver.

There is a driver download available that is available; however, this is a very old camera and I have my doubts whether the drivers will work on Windows 7.
Additionally, there is amcap video imaging software available.
The user manual mentions compatibility with Windows 98 with no mention of even XP let alone Vista or Windows 7.
