for sc101 Exposure lamp errorThe standard white level was notdetected properly when scanning thewhite plate.

SC101 indicates and exposure lamp problem. To try and correct, turn OFF the copier and then unplug from the wall. Wait 10 seconds and plug it back into the wall, then turn on the copier. Watch to see if the exposure lamp comes on - lift the document handler if you want. If the exposure lamp is working correctly, the scanner will briefly move to the right and the light will turn on then off after it moves to the left.

This code is related to a Fusing temperature error.
You probably need to take a look at the heating roller thermistor.
The best advise i can give you is to call a technician to see it (if you do not have technical knowledge)
If you want to reset the code try this:
Press yellow key
Press in the key pad 107
Press red key at least 5 sec.
Press "copy SP"
On the key pas press 5810 and #.
On the touch panel press "execute"
Exit all the way out.
Turn the machine off and on.

If the jam resets after opening and closing door, then its misfeeding caused by a faulty feed clutch. Can swop it with by-pass clutch. Same thing just different colour plugs.

If it doesn't reset at all after opening or closing the right cover you either have a faulty or out of position side door micro switch that is not activating.
Or the other problem could be that the registration sensor actuator is stuck in the up position. Not moving freely.

Hello sir; The problem you have , you do need a drum cleaning blade to replace and also image transfer roller need to clean with alcohal.

clean TD sensor and laser unit

change the bicu board and the problem will be solved Good luck.

Not sure that model has duplexing - according to this site http://www.digitalsystemcopiers.com/Ricoh_Aficio_1013Fspecs.html duplexing is an upgrade. here is the link http://www.ricoh-usa.com/downloads/local/manuals/multifunction_bw/aficio1013f.pdf to the manual If a duplexing unit was added, you will have to refer to those instructions, if not then you will have to copy it one side at a time feeding the paper manually and flipping it manually.

The drum unit on these models is a complete replacement unit. the drum can only be cleaned by removing the unit and then there are some screws to be taken out. two on the back plat and two on the front. if you take these cover plates of the unit will split and you can remove the drum(Blue roller) and under neath there is a charge roller as well that can be cleaned.. only use water on the black cahrge roller and gently rub with a cloth till clean. The drum with a very soft cloth and some liquid brasso may clean it up or get rid of the scratch lines but if they are too worn the drum needs replacing. you can clean the scanner glass and the mirrors underneath here as well.B0392201 is the part number for the Drum unit which comes as a complete unit. you may need to purchase the developer for the drum init as well B0399640 is the part number for this. hope this helps >>>A
