Overiding a sensor on richoh africio copier

the trays in square? If so you might check the doors(1 small (upper) and 1 large (lower) below them. There is also a door toward the top and behind the large tray(duplexer) that I have seen cause a door open message. Hope this helps

You can try to clear it with " press the yellow clear botton, then the numbers 1 - 0 -7 , then press and hold the red clear stop botton, till the screen changes... Then turn the MAIN POWER switch OFF & then back ON. If that will not clear the code, then let us know what the error code is , that is displayed on the display screen.... Good Luck
