That service code SC550 normaly is a fuser web end error, you must replace the web and reset the % in 1.902 to "0". But i dont think the Ricoh aficio 450 have a fuser web. does this SC550 coming from your Aficio 450?

sc 547 mean fixing unit error ,you can reset by simply getting into simulation mode and then switch off an the machine ,getting into the simulation mode is simply by pressing 107 and press and hold c ,

This is a developer motor lock - may need the machine to be stripped down and cleaned out or a replacement motor.
