i think you need to replace your developer unit a new one!

IM RICOH COPIER TECHNICIAN AND I HATE THAT CODE 321, 322. CHECH THE LASER UNIT

this is an error for the fuser heat up..the temp is not being maintained or fluctuations. try this press the yellow clear button at top of number pad then enter 107 and hold down the red cancel button..the screen will change enter the copier sp and select 5.mode arrow down to 5-810 sc reset and execute.turn machine off.. if the code disappears it could have been just a glitch if not check the fuser to see if there is heat coming from it the lamps will come on at te start up. you can check this by putting a screw driver in the actuator slot to cheat the door switch if you see the lamp come on then you may just have to clean off the thermistors .. open the fuser up with the top screws and check that there isnt any build up of toner on thermistors..hope this helps good luck A

Transfer roller is grounding out cause could be developer powder spilling over time and has now created a path to ground causing it to leak voltage

Copier has been setup to use code. Will need to turn feature off if you don't want to it. Look in your manual or go to ricoh-usa.com/download enter model in search box click on manual

You may have the movement of a paper shift roller blocked by something. Or a spring is popped out on the white plastic roller that rides above the black roller (the one that shifts in the attached drawing). Or the motor itself is bad.

It could be that the shifting roller that shifts paper from side to side in the almost top area of your finisher has its movement blocked, or that there is a defect in its motor. This roller lies below the flat black paper guide that leads paper out onto the finisher's shift tray.

First resolve the sc code error defect,after you can acces settings.
