Error 5100 means that the cartridge can not be detected by the printer. Actually the printer is not actually loading the cartridge and showing you the error 5100.
To solve these follow the following steps. I hope it works

• Turn off printer
• Remove both the cartridges from the printer
• Use a clothe moistened with alcohol to clean the surface contact on the cartridges where the terminals inside the printers touches
• Return the cartridges
• Turn on the printer.

Error will be removed

Canon IP2700 6000 Error Error 6000 tells you that the paper feed roller is not turning, check for any foreign objects in the paper path, a flashlight and small mirror is the best way to look. yes.. i agree on this statement.. just try this one., its tested by my own experience., first turn off the power of IP2700 printer then just try to turn the gear of paper feed roller in order to release the foreign objects.. , if error persist, just try to turn the gear again until it works ok. pls send feedback if its work., salamat., mabuhay pinoy.

The print head has a voltage fault. This is usually caused by the logic board going faulty and sending too much voltage to the print head. You will need a new print head and main logic board. This would probably cost more than the machine is worth. Buy a new printer.

there is a problem in the gear during initialization of the printer, maybe there's a tiny piece of paper that cause the gear wont move, the best solution is to open the printer to see if there is a foreign object inside in it.. that's all
