Hello,It could be a hardware or software problem. You need to isolate the problem. To isolate the problem, restart your computer and tap F8 until you see the options to boot to safe mode. Use the arrow keys to highlight safe mode. Hit enter. If you can boot to safe mode, then do a system restore inside safe mode to revert the computer config back to a known good date. If you can't boot to safe mode, then it's for sure a hardware issue and you need to get it serviced by a technician. David

I had a similar problem, but my Web cam wouldn't work. I went to Microsoft Windows Website and they have several solutions to problems with windows 10, maybe you'll find something there.

Jeanette, Which OS is it running? Has the keyboard/machine suffered any trauma? If not, mouse to updates in your OS and see if any dates and /or times correlate to the issue. You may be able to roll back any of those by doing a RESTORE to a date prior to the problem. If you do not understand how to do this yourself I or someone may still be able to help you but it will be OS specific.
