does the guage show that it is building pressure? if not then the compressor is not working and its not pressurinsing the tank, if it is storing pressure and the compressor is working check the valve on the connector and that its depressing and releasing the air.

Check the bottom of the tank for the air release valve and make sure it is tight

You may disassemble the channel where the nail exits. I have found issues where a burr causes the driver to hang. My issue was on a different type gun.

good guess , look online for rebuild kits.

It certainly sounds like you may need to replace the seals on the tool.

The two main culprits are loose screws or bad seals.

Try tightening all the screws on the unit.

If that doesnt fix then you will need to purchase an overhaul kit for your model or take to a repair shop.

it has 2 gauges , one for tank pressure and the other is the regulator output. tank pressure is on left. The pop off is starting to release because is worn and should be replaced. if unit is only making 30 pounds on tank gauge you have other problems . you may have to rebuild it again. inspect nail gun piston cylinder to ensure that it is not worn or scratched. Is the gun lubed before each use and periodically under heavy use?. The fr350a is completely different from fr350. The fr350a is completely modernized framing gun as compared to the retired version. I do not like repair kits because you are replacing parts that are still good. Instead replace parts as needed. If you state the issue you are having I may be able to recommend the actual part needed. If however you do not have any major air leaks, a lube job will make the gun work great. Use white grease or nail gun oil. Good luck with your repair.

The nose tip is most likely stuck in the ready to fire position from too much force being applied when nailing. These guns are small and sensitive to forces being applied. Try bumping it to see if the nose tip is retracting and compressing with each bump. Unplug and unload the gun before trying to pull the tip of the nose to retract if it is stuck. Check for foreign objects obstructing the trigger and safety mechanism

did u get the broken nail head out of the gun?

Odds are you have a brad or part of a brad stuck in the slide. Use a flashlight & another brad or paperclip to remove the piece of nail that is blocking the slide.

Uses 23 Ga. headless and slight head pin nails from 5/8" to 1-3/8" length

You need to oil the gun. Put a drop or two on the nail driving mechanism too.

Try lubing the head valve orings with white grease instead of oil. The issue is caused when the head valve orings do not seal perfectly. Lube and retest with no more than 100 psi. Good luck with your repair
