connect the usb of the printer to your laptop. wait for some minutes. after installation. you are good to use it. make sure you have the device driver of your printer on your system or the printer installation disk.

try to reset the copier :
1- turn it off
2- press keys together { 1 - 3 - * } & switch machine on - still pressing the keys until her peep sound
try again & tell me the results

go to toshiba-sa.net and under drivers find toshiba viewer 2 there is a driver there

yes it is possible. connect the copier to the computer via parallel port because it does not support USB port.it think it ran only on XP. Go to the website: http://www.nodevice.com/driver/e-STUDIO20/get14238.html Type the security code onto the screen and click download. You can then install the driver. It is a compressed file and you will need to unzip it first. Use Winzip or any other utility for compressed files.

U need to install the viewer software which contain printer driver.

It is a Laser Unit failure. Some tech bulletins were issued reguarding installation of grounding straps or replacement of entire Laser Unit.

See where the paper jam...if no paper found, check the 2nd transport sensor locate at bypass unit, probably is faulty

That depends on the printers model One could be; Check to see if the waste bottle is overfull. If yes, the waste toner will be backed up into the waste tubes, first affecting the primary transfer cleaner unit, then the black drum cleaning unit, then the color drum cleaning units. Or; Developer unit • Check if the developer unit is installed properly. • Check that the developer unit and coupling on the equipment side are properly engaged. • Check that the mixer of the developer unit is rotated. • Check if the developer material is too dark visually. • Check if the amount of the developer material is too large or too small. • Remove any toner or dust on the ATC sensor connector and the drawer connector of the process cover. • Remove any toner or dust on the EPU sensor connector and the drawer connector on the equipment side. Or; Auto toner sensor Harness LGC board • Check the connectors and harnesses between the auto toner sensor and LGC board (CN364). • Check if there is any foreign matter such as toner in the connector of the auto toner sensor. Remove if there is and reconnect it.
