You should be able to print on both, but I wouldn't advise it at all. The envelopes are going to jam a LOT and you WILL eventualy get a label stuck inside the machine. Possible....yes. But I don't recommend it. :)

Hello sir; When you make copy does it print? if there also no print out you better check the corona wire (charge & discharge) it should take care of you, if still don't work let me know.

restart machine ,then press the 0 & 8 keys,enter 263, then press Start. You should see admin password on the screen.

Communication error between System-CPU and Scanner-CPU

Usually it's 123456 on most Toshibas, unless someone has changed it from factory setting.

Try by resting switch on the copier while holding "0 & 8 "button enter 690 press print button enter 2 and press enter ,wait till the massage appear reboot the machine.

You might need to have an enabler, which will fix to your copier.

Did u mean toner low message?
If the message still occur after u replaced new toner, then try to pour out some powders from the developer unit.
