The amp was working fine and than just stoped , it

The most likely problem in this instance is damage to the power supply, probably caused by a power surge. The second most likely cause is damage to the power cord. If you can take it to a shop that has similar amps on display, you can probably test it on one of there power cords. If the power supply is damaged, it will be a bit more challenging. At this point, if you know a bit about circuit boards and soldering, you might be able to fix it. If not, you will probably have to pay someone, or simply replace the amp.

Hi, it's a SpiderIII 75 and

This is most likely a thermal issue of some form.
Check the impedance of the speaker to be sure it's not partially blown and overloading (thus overheating) the amplifier and causing it to reduce power.

Another thing to look for is any electrolytic capacitors that might be bulging or leaking. They will need to be replaced if there are any.

Does it have a fuse and if it does where is it

Fuse is internal and unit needs to be repaired BEFORE replacing fuse as additional components may be damaged if fuse is replaced before repair is done.

My line 6 spider 3 75W amp will not show any

Probably the 3.3 volt power that supplies the DSP has failed or is being shorted out. If you are not electronicaally adept, best to take it to a shop for repair.

The hexagon nut came loose for the Guitar -CD/MP3

Those can be a pain to find. Some are Metric which worsens the problem. There are several types as well. I would first try Radio Shack where they have the drawers of jacks, etc. Those ore probably English thread...

The BEST source would be to search the DIGIKEY.com website for a jack that has the identical nut... the jacks are NOT expensive... under $2. Finding just the nut alone unless a repair shop for amps happens to have one laying around will be near impossible. It is worth trying that source however because USUALLY the jack inside is broken.

Line 6 Low Down 400 bass guitar head

Make sure the volume and master volume are turned up. Try the amp with a different cabinet and a known good speaker cable. If you get sound, it's your speakers or your speaker cable. If still no sound, you need your amp serviced.

My line 6 lowdown 750 keeps cutting out when i play a low b on my bass

Protective circuits kicking in. You may be overdriving the preamp to a clipping condition the amp sees as a problem. If it is under warranty, contact Line 6 and see if this is normal for this amp. It should not be, but you never can be sure.
