Are you using the correct gauge line? Is the spring properly installed?

Battery is BAD .There are 5 single cells inside pack and it only takes ONE bad one .Replace or reload battery pack .

I don't think there's anything wrong with this. 5hrs for a high current tool is actually really good! A quality 18v drill can only drive a few hundred screws at most before needing recharging. And that might be 30 mins...

Personally, I recharge all my tools after each use. The charger for this item will have a 'trickle charge' when the battery is fully charged. This will keep it topped off, and ready for use. It won't hurt the battery to keep it fully charged at all times.

Please unattached the protective cover before you do anything, then remove plastic strings and unscrew middle to do this. You will see a screw to remove the head.

I hate to have to break the news to you, but it probably never will. The batteries sold with the Worx trimmers are very cheap. I recommend either buying a few extra batteries and keeping them all charged so you can finish the job or buying a gas or plug in trimmer.

I had one of these last year and there is just no way you are going to get any more out of it. Sorry.

Have you tried to have the battery tested,and or the charger,its definitely one of those,BUT be careful to check what they cost before replacing any parts,your supplier should be able to help,rgds

Have you checked that the vacuum tube is secure? There will be a safety switch that the vacuum tube engages with so that it can only be used when the pipe is secured to prevent injury.
