should be two air adjustment screws, at full throttle or as close as you can get to full throttle, open or turn screw counter clockwise take note on how much you turn it, in the event it does not help, try one then the other as on of these will help 96% sure. have a great day
Try 1/2 choke and part throttle with trigger, after several pumps of the primmer bulb.....You have to allow some air to the engine when creating a rich start condition.........
I do not know of why putting on a carb would make it hard to pull the rope unless something got bound up putting it back together. Pull out the spark plug and try it. That will eliminate too much fuel in the cylinder. Take off the pull rope to make sure it is ok. Try to turn the motor by hand.
