w beck you have to remove the seat by pulling it out of of the seat post and then remove the shroud or cover by pulling it straight up You will then be able to see the batteries. Your scooter equires two 12 volt batteries probably U1 batteries Hope this helps

Question edited for clarity. Question moved from Cars and Trucks. It is strange there are two Quingo posts today, one won't turn left and one won't turn right, and they are different models! It has a very strange arrangement at the front with 3 wheels, totally bizarre, you only need one, or you need two.
