the problem comming from logic board. need to change the logic board and hammer bank cable at the same time.

If the printer is showing "CONFIG 1*" this is not an error, this message is simply advising that Menu CONFIGuration 1 is selected hence the * beside the message.Assuming the settings in CONFIG Menu 1 are correct if you send data to the printer in the correct format it should print.

you need to clean paper motion sensor first,check its connection on logic board clean the connector of sensor,if you can then please post u r problems with printer model then i can explain it more.

you need to check logic board.

You will need to calibrate the paper and platen.To do that,you will need to enter technical access and disable disable four fault error by pressing LF and enter button simultaneously until tech access appear on control panel display,then press tof + enter to override four fault.Now you can clear the fault message.,then go to calibration procedures.
