that is due to the fact that you probably changed the car battery.you will need to input the code. If you do not have it, you will have to remove the car radio and post here asking for unlock code, provide the barcode number on the left side of the radio.
I think this is an old Blaupunkt where the code cannot be calculated using the serial Number.
