BUT they might be in the user guide if the following site is legit. The vertical colored lines that usually show up on a TV's screen is caused by the T-Con board is not working properly. Lots of times this can very easily be caused by from wiring that is not been fully securely fastened.Or the T con board is not working and will have to be replaced.

Your projector will need to be repaired in order for the white lines to stop showing up.
