P W M . Start your treadmill you see the PWM light flickering thus the upper console and cable connections are good now it will go back L S. Reset your treadmill then manually start pushing the running belt now the speed light should be flickering if it does then the peed sensor is good if not flickering then replace sensor. If we have a good speed sensor then I would check the Drive Motor this done unplugging the unit the disconnect the two leads coming from the motor to MCB then by using a fully charge 18v drill battery connecting the leads to the motor should move it at approx; 1 mph then Your MCB is defective and need to be replaced. if no belt movement you for the most part will have worn brushes or open windings in the motor , I would open the brush compartment and inspect the brushes if they are less than 3/8" in length replace them this should the motor issue. Good Luck

My Airdyne AD-6 crank arms are ~45* apart, not 180* Can they be adjusted?
It is possible that the crank arms are not seated correctly on the bottom bracket spindle, causing them to be misaligned. Try removing the crank arms and re-installing them, making sure that they are properly aligned with each other and with the bottom bracket spindle. If that doesn't work, there may be an issue with the bottom bracket itself, in which case it may need to be replaced. You can also check the manual for your Airdyne AD-6 to see if there are any specific instructions for adjusting the crank arms.
