If you cannot do a reset of the internal fuse system and get it operational, then check the internal battery for continuity. If they all fail, then the AC/DC transformer has blowen.

Unfortunately the reset is only possible with MGE software (Softunor).

check battery s for bulging or cracks--- replace if not normal not resetting indicates a battery /power supply problem

why don't you check the output fuses of the UPS if are ok than fix or replace the power module.

The internal automatic battery test is picking up some differences between the actual value of the battery to the mathematical calculation used in the software. Normally if you do a battery impedance test you would find that the batteries would be consistent and therefore replacing the batteries may not be the solution. Once you transfer the UPS on BYPASS and then recycle the power you would clear the alarm. However on the next internal automatic battery you would be getting the same alarm again.

At times this may be a software issue or an SNMP problem. Normally to refresh the battery data for the UPS monitoring software we carry out a battery discharge test. Please consult with the supplier if an annually battery discharge test is mandatory for the battery monitoring circuit to work well. Please let me know of the outcome

what caused the UPS to transfer to Bypass? could be inverter fault, would you please check your battery set, maybe the input power is outside the tolerance and causing UPS to discharge the battery set , as well when battery set reaches the end of discharge it is causing the UPS to transfer to bypass and there is something missing on the input yellow Phase. if the above is not true check the load type that is connected to the UPS output that is causing UPS to switch off in 10 minutes time.
