Turn on both camera and monitor. Bring the monitor close to the camera. Press menu button and scroll down to "add camera"Press and hole the pairing button on the back of the camera and press and hold the centre button on the monitor and hold for a few seconds. The monitor should soon show what the camera sees. Then just close up menu.

if you fone the company up they will tell you or replace it if it was recently bought

Are you out of range? Turn the both off, unplug, take the battery packs out, and maybe "reset.". Worth a try. Good luck.

did u test it on the store before buying it? if not maybe its a problem with the product. try contacting where you bought it, maybe they could replace it or something.

The camera is not transmitting an RF signal to the tv, check to make sure the camera is receiving power, if okay! the camera must be dismantled to see if any wires or plugs have come loose.

I would take it to a tv technician for service, I find them very adaptable when It comes to repairs of most makes and models.
