I just guessed USERNAME register PASSWORD register and it worked!

More than likely there's a system reset button somewhere on the device. If not, I suggest calling Hasbro directly as they would more than likely be able to walk you through a reset or password retrieval process.

I had the exact problem.

I contacted Hasbro who sent me a temporary username and password to reset my device.

The only problem is that the reset will wipe any saved settings you may have on your device. I don't mind though, as I can now download as much as I want!

Hi there, it doesn't seem as if there's any manuals or instructions for fixing anything with this toy. I looked on the Hasbro website, and it seems you can do a live chat with them between these hours: Monday: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM EDT Tuesday: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM EDT Wednesday: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM EDT Thursday: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM EDT Friday: 08:00 AM - 12:30 PM EDT I've included the customer service website as a link.
