Citizen Skyhawk Eco-Drive JR306059F Wrist Watch - Page 7 Questions & Answers
My watch has stopped
Hi.
Go to a shop and ask to replace the battery.
Even if the battery can be replaced at home, using tweezers to remove the back plate, replacement must be done by a technician at the shop. If you have not done this operation before, it is very easy to mount the seal incorrectly, compromizing the watch integrity.
Regards.

I have a Citizen, Blue Angel eco drive c300
Sounds like it needs a cleaning like mine did. Go to stewarttime.com.
They are a Citizen Eco Drive repair shop. I can't say enough good things about them. They have repaired both my Eco Drives and I am a very satsified customer of theirs.
How to change hands
If you are talking about setting the hands please see the case back of the watch and find the movement number.

The watch is dead i tried to charge it and it will
DO NOT TRY TO CHANGE THE BATTERY! There is no battery! Eco drive watches have a capacitor that is charged by light! Put it in a sunny window for a day OR set it under a cool light. Check it often to see if it starts working, if after a few hours its still not running then take it to a local watch repair business. Its possible that the capacitor is bad. They are also very difficult to set so you will need your manual if you want to attempt it on your own!

You can find your model number on the case back! We use their site often at our watch repair business!
?broken watch
I understand there is no sunlight at this time of the year, so, do not expect that your watch will recharge after ''a while''. Put it on your window sill where the daylight hangs the longest and forget it for about a week.Within a week your watch will absorb enough Solar power to be restarted again.
