You can get instructions from the Citizen web site.

Go to "citizen.com" and on the upper right there is a menu. Click on "technical
support" and then on "setting instructions"

Fill in the information required from the back of your watch and then click on
"get setting instructions"

If you cannot find the caliber number for your watch, enter the example number (E810) and you will find instructions for settiing th local time.

Eco watches need light to function.
try putting under a lamp.
You cant change the battery it charges with light.

I've had to get extra links before, especially for ladies SS and gold bands. Sometimes a local dealer will have spares that will fit your watch. But, the best source I've found is Ebay. Let me know if you have the stock band or something else. I'll try to help you locate some extra links, or another replacement band at a modest cost. Thanks, Bill

mcdevito75 here, If the battery is 2 years old, it could be un--able to accept a charge. Double check instalation into the charger, make sure charger itself is plugged into outlet. If so, visit a small watch repair shop in your area for battery change.
