Husqvarna Huskystar 215 Sewing Machine - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
Where is the tension dial
It's the small, vertically oriented dial tucked next to the takeup lever. See the manual, there's a PDF you can download here.

Stitches loose and do not want to stick
You have not provided enough of a problem statement to get a good answer. (1) Has this machine ever worked well for you? (2) Are you sure you are using the right kind of thread (sometimes the shape of the thread base makes a difference (3) Have you experimented with different settings for thread tension using junk fabric? (4) Are you using the same thread in the bobbin as well as the top thread?

How does the thread on top of machine stay put
The steel piece on top should extend upward. You probably have 2, one for sewing and one for bobbin winding. It may be that the steel piece is not fully extended upward or has broken.
Hope this helps.

How does the thread holder work
It sounds like you are asking how to use the spool cap. These are put on after the spool of thread to hold the spool in place.

How to make a butten hol
This is a 4 step process. You start at the first step and it sews backwards first, Next you perform step 2 to sew the bar tack. Third you sew the right side of the button hole as it comes towards you. The final step is another bar tack which is the same as the second step.

Bobbin loading
it wont unless there is thread and it has to catch with the top thread. or else you put it where the thread is fed backwards. or, you have to push the lever back over that you filled your bobbin with.

3.the wrong size needle is being used

My Huskystar C10 Bobbin keeps popping out. I
If you have any rough spots on the outer edges of the bobbin case, usually caused by the needle going through it, you will continue to turn it until the rough spots are smoothed off. I scrape the rough areas with a knife so the edges are smooth and uniform. You may want to take it to a repair center to have this done. Don't be surprised if they recommend replacing the bobbin case. That is the quickest and cleanest fix.

I cannot ser a straight
Some machines are not designed to sew the straight stitch with the needle in the center position. Some are left or right position to do that and it is simply the way they were designed. Linda at Relics

As I sew there is
Common problem. The thread is actually not from your bobbin, it if from your main thread. The thread is either not properly going through the tensioner, or the tension needs to be tightened. This "birdnesting" is an aggravating, yet usually rather simple, fix. Did that take care of it?
