If the wires all coated with grease, the grease will serve as a conductor and will short the circuit out so it will sense that there is no flame. If this still does not work out fine, try to see if the gap is set fine for the flame detection and there is no cut in the wire. Otherwise, you may need to change a little module called flame detection module.
