By default, page resides in the *3301 for zone 1 or *3332 for all page.

Press PROGRAM the button where line 2 used to be, and dial 02 STORE.

That should bring line 2 back onto the button.

When your system was installed, you probably should have been paying attention or asking the installer some questions. Each system is different, but the recordings are controlled from mailbox 998, the message manager's mailbox. The newer Panasonic VM systems assign custom greetings sequentially and usually we put company greetings in the first 3 or 4 slots. They're fairly easy to find and administer if you have a password and some time. Carl

Reboot phone system and/or phone by power down then up. If still an isue call your local vendor that installed the system.

While the phone is ringing press the TRANSFER button and the screen info will change, as long as you do receive the caller ID

You can press the softkey under RingOff and the up arrow on the Navigator button, or just press the up arrow on the navigator button two times. The display will show the ringer volume level as you continue to press the up arrow.
