Turn your phone over. At the bottome of the cover (opposite end to the camera) is an embossed triangle (near the 2 horizontal slits in th case back, pointing towards the top of the case.

Put the phone (back uppermost) into the palm of your hand (either will do). Now, put your thumb of that hand onto the center of the back of the case and push down (gently) and slid the case toward the top of the case.

After about 1/8th of an inch of movement, you will hear a "clisk".

The phone asks for PUK code ( Personal Unblocking Key )if a wrong PIN code is entered repeatedly

PUK code is related to the SIM card you are using in your phone and not the phone itself

So kindly call the Customer support of your cellular service provider and they will provide you with the PUK code free of charge

Please note: Entering a wrong PUK code ten times in a row permanently disables the SIM card. So please be careful while entering the PUK code

Sounds like you have to redo the settings. Try going to your phone settings> personalize> home screen> home keys>then scroll down and change the setting that you want the particular buttons to control. Some phone settings are a little different. You will have to look at ways to change your home keys according to your phone settings.
