Can not connect my 9xxBackbeat bluetooth headphone
In order to use this headset, your built-in Bluetooth in your PC needs
to support
the hands free profile, audio and A2DP profile. If it does, all you
need to do is hold in the power button on the headset until you see the
light on the headset flashing red/blue, red/blue. If it doesn't you'll
need to load it onto your computer. Once the headset is
flashing red/blue your computer should find it.Good luck from

Delete the device from the phone, then re-pair the headphones with the phone. If you just turn on the headphones, the device cannot connect because the headphones store the information that you already deleted it on the phone. To pair again with the other device (like a computer, phone, etc) you need to turn off the headphones, then turn on the headphones but press the power/pair button and hold until the led flashes red and blue (like 10 sec after the led turn only blue) to put it in discovery mode. Then turn on your phone and follow the instructions for finding (discovering) your bluetooth headset.

How do i make my backbeat 903 discoverable
Most manufactures of blue tooth devices use the power button to turn the discovery mode on,by holding the power button down for 6 to 10 seconds when turning on your blue tooth device a solid light should come on,that means your blue tooth is in discovery mode, then what ever device you are connecting it to has to have the blue tooth power turned on,then there should be a add new or search for devices, after thatyou will need a pin pairing code,Most manufactures use a factory 4 digit pin pairing code they are as follow,0000.1234,1111 or 9999 i hope this helps
